TREE REMOVAL

No matter how big or small, we do them all!

We do our very best to maintain healthy trees, but a number of variables can create a hazardous tree.  Before stepping foot in a tree we plan every cut, safety measure, rigging point, and test for decay.  This enables us to safely, quickly, and efficiently tackle your project.

PRUNING

Maintaining healthy trees

Unfortunately, this aspect of tree care is all too often overlooked. Pruning is vital in promoting healthy structural growth. There are many types of pruning; deadwood removal, crown thinning, crown raising, crown reduction, and vista pruning.  Here at Tactical Treescapes we do it all, and we do it in accordance with ANSI A300 standards.

TRIMMING

Removing hazardous limbs

Trimming is often used interchangeably with pruning, however there is a difference between the two. When you are removing dead/infected branches or promoting healthy structural growth, you are pruning. Trimming, on the other hand, occurs when you are cutting back overgrown plants. Whether you have a portion of a tree overhanging your home, or a limb robbing your garden of sunlight, we have you covered.

CABLING

Mitigate the risk of union failures and property damage

Depending on the specific needs of each tree, we can install either static or dynamic bracing systems. Dynamic systems allow us to reduce forces on tree unions while still allowing the tree to move in a healthy manner. Static systems allow us to mitigate the risk of damage below a questionable limb by securing it to another portion of the tree.

BRACING

Bracing enables us to reinforce a union with high likelihood of failure by permanently driving steel rods into a union and tightening them together. This is a great option for an otherwise healthy tree that can be saved from a full removal! We usually accompany this service with tip weight reduction and cabling to ensure maximum effectiveness

TREE RISK
ASSESSMENT

 Safety Starts Here

Our Certified Arborists offer comprehensive tree risk assessments, which go beyond a simple free estimate. We conduct a thorough examination of the canopy, trunk, roots, and soil conditions to evaluate the potential for failure and its possible consequences. This process may include aerial inspections. After our assessment, we will provide a detailed report and suggest actions like pruning, cabling, bracing, or removal.

DIRECT TRUNK INJECTIONS

Strengthening Trees From Within

Following a comprehensive evaluation by our certified arborists, we may suggest direct trunk injections of essential micro and macro nutrients to correct deficiencies and enhance tree health. Additionally, we may apply targeted fungicides to combat diseases and safeguard your trees from harmful pathogens.
